~Pray for Those in Government
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. -1 Timothy 2:1-2
~Pay Your Government Taxes
Then he (Jesus) said to them, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” -Matthew 22:21
Psalm 33:12 states:
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD,
The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance.
If you are a Christian, stand firm in your faith and know that you are on the winning team!! Americans have the freedom to pray and meet in a church. Make sure this July 4th you thank God for that freedom that many countries do not have.
