Are you a Christian not certain how to witness to an Atheist? This post is to help you be successful in this endeavor. Words and concepts are important based on who you are talking to! Watch the video below. The author uses key concepts you’ll want to share when you witness to an Atheist.

Looking at YouTube videos, I saw a number of Christians making an effort to witness to Atheists. Christian videos can make a difference! When a Christian wants to get on the internet and witness to someone, there is an open door to Christian internet marketing. Here are 5 key elements needed to make sure your videos, message and marketing strategies are successful.

  1. Create a video less then 3 minutes – Web users will leave a video (even if the video is interesting!) after 2 or 3 minutes maximum!
  2. Add your website – At the end of your video,  in bold and easy to read font,  add your web address including www. Allow these words to linger long enough for the viewer to write it down or remember your website.
  3. Title your video with good keywords – People searching will find your video.  Countless videos on YouTube do not use relevant words in their video titles.
  4. Add a description to your video – Search engines will capture your initial words. Write the best keywords at the beginning of your description.
  5. Add a click-able link to your website – When possible, use anchor text.

When you witness to an atheist, don’t put down others who don’t believe in Jesus Christ or Christianity. Use truth, but speak in words of love and kindness. Use humor, if possible ~ we all like to laugh at good humor. (Not sarcasm!) Show compassion to the atheist or unbeliever. Ultimately, pray for those who will view your video!

“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33b

  1. This passage is a good revelation for me

  2. We are based on a Christian Nation- not Muslim. I agree that we were primarily based as a Christian nation, but as such, should we not show tolerance toward all people (Muslims included)? Does Christianity not teach us this??
